RETURNS POLICY

​

If you need to return an item, simply contact me via the Contact Page outlining your reason. I will notify you via e-mail of your refund once I have received the returned item.

​

Please ensure you return the goods to me unused within 7 days. The items must be returned in the condition they were received, at your own expense. Once I received the item I will issue a refund. All returns must be securely packaged when returned. 

​

Please inform me of any breakage within 3 days of receiving your order. I will attempt wherever possible to replace goods that have been damaged in transit. Photographic evidence of damage will be helpful to prevent further breakages. 

​

Where your order was paid by credit/debit card or via your PayPal account it will be refund accordingly.

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (Monday-Friday), however on occasions such as exceptionally busy periods or with large orders, things may take a little longer, and your patience is appreciated. 

​

 

I also offer a local collection service for locals from Caversham, Reading. Please contact me to arrange pick up, also if If your order is required urgently​
